SUBMIT DOCUMENTS

NOTE: It is recommended to "Get a Quote" prior to submitting construction documents.

 

Construction documents which are required to be submitted in order for JHW Plan Review Services LLC to perform a thorough review are as follows:

  • Project Drawings; all applicable disciplines, including civil plans

  • Project Manual (if the construction documents do not have a construction manual, please note)

  • Geotechnical (Soils) Report    

 

Other documents, such as structural calculations, HVAC loading calculations, product "cut sheets", COMcheck or REScheck reports, etc. are not mandated for our review, but if submitted, will be reviewed in a "cursory" fashion to verify basic code compliance.

Electronic submittals are preferable, but 'hard-copy' construction documents are accepted as well; see below for details.

​ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE:

JHW Plan Review Services LLC utilizes DropBox for easy transferal of electronic files for plan review; please send a request e-mail to jwalker@jhwprsllc.com and a reply e-mail will be sent to you with a link to DropBox; click the link, and it will route you to DropBox, where you can upload drawing files and send back to us.

 

Alternatively, we also accept files in CD format. Just mail to the following address (please send a notification e-mail to jwalker@jhwprsllc.com prior to mailing):

If "hard-copy" construction documents are to be submitted,  please ship to the following address (please send a notification e-mail to jwalker@jhwprsllc.com prior to shipping) :

Please note that we do not retain "hard-copy" construction documents after the review process is completed; There will be an inquiry regarding return of construction documents on the e-mail you receive when the plan review report is sent to you.
